Inquiries made to our website are used for the purpose of quoting the applicable job.
We do not ‘market’ any personal information including email addresses that we obtain.
We may from time to time send out emails promoting new products and/or services applicable
to our buildings with an "opt out" policy in each email.
Quotes are retained for a period of 120 days from the last point of communications.
Quotes will be valid for a period of 30 [thirty] days from the date the quote was prepared
unless noted otherwise.
Free quotes are given as part of our services and are intended for use by potential buyers who
have an interest in obtaining a building within a reasonable period of time.
At any point during our communications, if you wish to opt out of future communications with
our company, please notify us by phone or email.
Plan design and price quoting has an approximate value of .30 x the sq. ft. of the building size.
This service is provided free to our potential customers only.
Companies that acquire bids for comparative purposes who are not the purchaser are strictly
prohibited from using our free quote service.
Information omitted from communications to us in regards to changes and/or additions that
affect the cost of the building quoted will affect the final price of the building/contract.
Quotes are applicable to the design and specification provided and are not to be assumed to
include any additional features, products or services not written in the quote.
Quoted prices can be ‘locked’ for a period of 30 [thirty] days with a signed agreement and
security deposit if it is contemplated of an impending price increase for any materials used in
the construction of the building.
Completion time for your project will be determined at the point of contract of the job. Time
lines are affected by material availability, plant volume, delivery conditions, location of the
project and labor availability.
Contracted completion time is not inclusive to delays caused by material or labor shortages,
weather delays, logistical conditions, inaccessible locations, theft/vandalism or any other
condition not the responsibility of Ranch and Golf Construction or any of its representatives.
Guarantees and Warranties made for the building and its components will be determined on the
contract and on a case-by-case basis. Standard inclusion are incomplete work, items not of
suitable quality to perform as intended, material deficiencies with manufacturer warranties and
any other item determined to be covered by the contractor.
Any items deemed to be warrantable will be at the discretion of the contractor for remedy
insofar as method of adjustment, repair or replacement.
There are no warranties written or implied as to performance of any structure over and above
its intended purposes. This includes, but is not limited to;

- Attachment of hoisting equipment, hanging or suspending objects to the structure
- Operation of heavy equipment in or near the structure
- High traffic use of motor vehicles inside the structure
- Attachment of non-original materials to the structure and out-buildings/roofs
- Cutting or removal of panels or braces from the structure
- Removal of installed fasteners
- Cutting, bolting, drilling or welding any of the structural components of the building
- Impact of any part of the structure with equipment or a motor vehicle
- Overloading of storage areas
- Cantilevers from structure
- Storing materials on or against any component of the structure
- Application of any chemical and/or fertilizer to the structure
- Installation of any mechanical, electrical or plumbing component that alters the structure
- Damage caused by inclement weather, theft or vandalism
